"I Am Aware of Calorie Content"

We have been taught by our society to be aware of calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, and so on. Being aware of these things can lead to foods being on a “forbidden foods” list. This list often comes into being when a person has been on one or more diets.

It’s true that certain foods are better for us than others. When eating a “bad” food leads a person to believe that she is bad, however, it can be a step toward an eating disorder.
