We have been taught by our society to be aware of calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, and so on. Being aware of these things can lead to foods being on a forbidden foods list. This list often comes into being when a person has been on one or more diets.
Its true that certain foods are better for us than others. When eating a bad food leads a person to believe that she is bad, however, it can be a step toward an eating disorder.
