"I Like My Stomach To Be Empty"

If you enjoy having an empty stomach, it might mean that you like knowing that you've gone a good long time without food. An empty stomach can tell you that you have willpower.

However, an empty stomach's hunger signals happen for a reason: The body knows that it's time for some fuel. Ignoring the body's signals can make an eating disorder more likely. Instead, it's good to learn to focus on what your body is really saying--when you're hungry and when you're full.
